We would like to share the self-introduction from one of our Outstanding BlueSkyians – Ms. Aye Mon Nyein who has been part of our BSI teaching team since 2013.
Confucius once said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” It might sound cliche but that is exactly what happened to me. How did it all begin? Back in 2013, I started out as a part-time assistant teacher at Blue Sky International. Now, I have been organizing classes as a full-time senior teacher for almost two years. Undoubtedly, I am endlessly pleased with my working days at BSI while continually enhancing my language skills, training the learners for the betterment of their English, and contributing to BSI in producing competent English speakers every single day. During my employment here, my English language skills have drastically improved. I take pride in being able to conduct classes effortlessly with unshaken confidence and addressing the learners’ needs effectively, through my years of experience.
All of this wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t met Tr. Wendy @ Ms. Hla Win May Oo on that wonderful journey to Japan and ASEAN countries. Come to think of it, it has been a decade that I have known Tr. Wendy. I still vividly remember the very first day I met her. Back in 2012, while I was doing my B.A. degree at the University of Foreign Languages (UFL), I was selected as a youth ambassador for the 39th Ship for the Southeast Asian Youth Program, 2012, which was sponsored by the Japanese government. I was blessed to have encountered dozens of outstanding youths from various countries. Of all the intelligent individuals, I am grateful to have been acquainted with Tr. Wendy.
As fellow SSEAYP participants, I got the opportunity to spend a great deal of time with her during our four-month camp while receiving intensive training for our SSEAYP Youth Exchange program, not to mention our marvellous 53-day journey across six countries in Asia. Among her achievements during the journey, what impressed me most was how confident she was in delivering successful presentations in front of aspiring youth leaders. She never ceased to amaze me with her arsenal of knowledge and profound experience. She was my idol back then and no wonder I wanted to follow in her footsteps.
After my graduation freshly out of the university, my teachers suggested opting for a teaching career as I proved my teaching ability at the age of 15 when I taught some high school students and three of them passed the matriculation exam with flying colours in English. On top of that, as I majored in the English language at university, everyone around me unanimously agreed that I would make an excellent English teacher one day. But my parents did not force me into becoming a teacher. They promised me that they would respect and be supportive of whatever choice I was going to make. Although I loved teaching, I was reluctant at the thought of tying myself down to a single job. The job sounded too mundane for me back then.
While I was in dilemma, one French hotel owner from the Shan State contacted me and asked if I were interested in working there. I would be responsible for not only working at the front office dealing with the direct bookings of foreign individual travellers and tour groups but also honing my language skills along the way. I went for it and in my free time, I ended up teaching my colleagues English to communicate better with foreigners. When I moved to Yangon, I got a job as a sales executive organizing trips for tourists and working as a freelance teacher during as much free time as I can squeeze out of my full-time employment.
Long story short, I happened to meet up with Tr. Wendy again at a get-together with our Japanese mutual friends in 2013. While we were catching up, we happened to discuss teaching English and she generously gave me a job offer to work as a teaching assistant at BSI. Little did I know back then that a wonderful new chapter of my life was waiting for me ahead.
The things that I learned from her during my employment were invaluable. I had never seen such a person as Tr. Wendy who had planned her life to the tiniest details. She inspired me to widen my horizon of knowledge by reading books. One day, she showed me a book called “Do you have T.I.M.E. for success?”, along with examples demonstrating how she applied the lessons from the book in her real life. I had seen a great many people who were into reading but failed to apply the lessons in their own lives. With her, I came to realize that it is one thing to set fantastic goals. But it is a totally different story to stick to them and implement them. I was thankful to her for teaching me an important life lesson on that day.
As far as my learning journey is concerned, Tr. Wendy allowed me to participate in her IELTS classes and the TKT class. When it comes to teaching, one precious lesson I learned from her was “Less is more.” As a novice teacher, I tended to be overambitious in my lessons and tried to cover too much content in a lesson. I thought sharing all I knew with students would benefit them, but I later found out that was not the case. What mattered most was to let the students take time and get the hang of the language at their own pace. I got to grips with the key terms such as “silent period,” “learning at their own pace,” and “learning gap”, which proved to come in useful in the classes I teach.
Apart from teaching, one more achievement in my life was that I was chosen two times as the winner of the Translation and Interpretation Frame Work Agreement with an international non-governmental organization, which means I was their main supplier of translation services for five consecutive years. Furthermore, I was appointed to conduct English language proficiency classes at the workplace of more than one prestigious INGO.
I would like to attribute my success as a translator to the guidance and trust I received from Tr. Wendy. While she was working as a research associate with the University of Amsterdam, I had a chance to assist her in the translation and transcription tasks. Obviously, it was just a drop in the ocean in her exceptional research work. However, it turned out to be an invaluable experience for me. Besides, one thing we worked on together, which I am proud of till today, is preparing to publish an idiom book for those who are seeking a well-compiled list of effective idioms with explanations and examples.
Who knows? If I hadn’t met Tr. Wendy, I would have been content leading a mediocre life. She was the one who saw more ability and talent within me and helped me to bring out the best in myself. One example of this is when she sent an announcement from Yangon University of Education (YUOE), urging me to apply for a diploma in the English language teaching methodology. My first instinct was to decline it politely thinking I would never be able to squeeze this course into my already very tight schedule. In fact, I was working more or less 12 hours a day with my full-time and part-time jobs. But I changed my mind after hearing the inspirational stories of Tr. Wendy who ran her own school singlehandedly and completed two degrees at the same time, it was all I needed to hear to give one more degree a go.
In July 2017, I had to take a break from BSI as my full-time job required me to travel. As a tour leader, my job involved taking travellers to different countries in Southeast Asia. I met all sorts of people from all walks of life and got exposure to fascinating cultures. I ventured out and made lots of wonderful friends and acquaintances in the process.
Fast forward to 2021, I got in touch with Tr. Wendy again. While she was taking on senior teachers who will work closely with her in both in-person and online classes, she remembered me and contacted me. With pleasure, I jumped at this opportunity she handed out to me. Nowadays, I get up every day full of energy to facilitate the learning process of both young and adult learners. Needless to say that I love this job which I believe is rewarding and fulfilling.
All in all, what I love about BSI is that you REALLY have to be devoted to working, whether you are a teacher or a student. You cannot survive here if you are not ready to put in hours of practice for noticeable progress. You will be left behind if you fail to keep up with the consistent practice of others. This is TRULY not a place for work-shy people who settle for average performance. To sum up, if you are genuinely interested in teaching and willing to explore and reach your true potential in life, you are welcome to join our team who are striving to make a difference in the lives of countless individuals across the globe.

အတွေးအခေါ်ပညာရှင်ကြီး ကွန်ဖြူးရှပ်က ပြောဖူးပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်မြတ်နိုးတဲ့အလုပ်ကို လုပ်နေတဲ့သူအတွက် အလုပ်လုပ်ရတဲ့နေ့ရက်တိုင်းဟာ ပျော်စရာနေ့တွေပဲဖြစ်နေမှာပါ တဲ့။ ဖန်တရာတေအောင် ကြားဖူးနေမယ့် အတွေးအခေါ်လေးပေမယ့် ဝါသနာနဲ့ထပ်တူကျတဲ့အလုပ်ကို လုပ်နေသူ ကျွန်မအတွက် သိပ်ကို မှန်တဲ့စကားလေးပါပဲ။
BSI မှာ Senior Teacher အဖြစ်လုပ်လာတာ နှစ်နှစ်ကျော်လာခဲ့ပါပြီ။ ဒီမတိုင်ခင် ၂၀၁၃ လောက်တုန်းက BSI ရဲ့အတန်းပေါင်းစုံမှာ အချိန်ပိုင်း (၄) နှစ်တာ သင်ကြားပေးခဲ့ဖူးပါတယ်။ အင်္ဂလိပ်ထူးချွန်သူလေးတွေကို နေ့စဉ် လေ့ကျင့် မွေးထုတ်ပေးနေတဲ့ BSI ရဲ့ တစ်စိတ်တစ်ပိုင်းအဖြစ် ပါဝင်ခွင့်ရတာ ဂုဏ်ယူခဲ့ရပါတယ်။
ထူးချွန်ထက်မြတ်တဲ့ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားတွေကို သင်ပြနိုင်ဖို့ မိမိကိုယ်တိုင်လည်း စာကြိုးစားခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်တုန်းက စာမသင်ခင် စနစ်တကျကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်၊ စာကို ကိုယ်တိုင်သေချာနားလည်အောင် အချိန်ပေးလေ့လာပြီးမှ ကလေးတွေကို ပြန်သင်ပေးတတ်တဲ့ အကျင့်ဟာ အခုအချိန် ဆယ်စုနှစ်တွေ ကြာလာတဲ့အထိ စွဲမြဲနေတုန်းပါပဲ။ သူများကို သင်ပေးဖို့စေတနာ နဲ့ စာလေ့လာတဲ့အခါ မိမိကိုယ်တိုင်ရဲ့ အင်္ဂလိပ်စာအဆင့်အတန်းလည်း သိသိသာသာ တိုးတက် လာတာကို အားရကျေနပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ နှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ သင်ကြားရေးအတွေ့အကြုံရှိလာတာနဲ့ အမျှ အတန်းပေါင်းစုံကို ယုံကြည်မှုအပြည့်နဲ့ သင်ကြားနိုင်လာတာ၊ ကလေးတွေရဲ့လိုအပ်ချက်တွေကို ပိုမြင်တတ်လာပြီး ပြုပြင် ထိန်းကျောင်းနိုင်လာတွေအတွက် ဂုဏ်ယူဝမ်းမြောက်မိပါတယ်။
Blue Sky International ကို စတင်ဝင်ရောက် လုပ်ကိုင်ဖြစ်ပုံ ဇာတ်လမ်းအကျဉ်းကတော့ ဒီလိုပါ။ Ms. Hla Win May Oo @ Teacher Wendy ကို စတွေ့တာက SSEAYP လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ လူငယ်သင်္ဘောခရီးစဉ် အမှတ်စဉ် (၃၉) (The 39th Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program) မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Teacher Wendy နဲ့ သိကျွမ်းလာတာ အခုဆိုရင် (၁၀) နှစ်ကျော်ရှိလာခဲ့ပါပြီ။ ကျွန်မကျောင်းသူဘဝ နိုင်ငံခြားဘာသာတက္ကသိုလ် (UFL) မှာ တက်နေချိန်မှာ ဂျပန်နဲ့အာဆီယံခရီးစဉ်အတွက် လူငယ်သံတမန်အဖြစ်ရွေးချယ်ခံခဲ့ရပြီးနောက် နိုင်ငံပေါင်းစုံက ထူးချွန်ထက်မြတ်တဲ့ အားကျဖွယ်ရာ လူငယ်များစွာနဲ့ ဆုံတွေ့ခဲ့တဲ့ထဲမှာ Teacher Wendy နဲ့ သိကျွမ်းခွင့်ရခဲ့တာဟာ ကျွန်မ ကံကောင်းတယ်လို့ ဆိုရမှာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
လူငယ်သင်္ဘောခရီးစဉ်အတွက် အနီးကပ် လေ့ကျင့်ရေးဆင်းရတဲ့ (၄) လတာကာလနဲ့ ဂျပန်နဲ့ အာဆီယံ နိုင်ငံ (၆) ခုကို သွားရောက်နေစဉ် (၅၃) ရက်အတွင်းမှာ Teacher Wendy နဲ့ အချိန်များစွာ တွေ့ဆုံခွင့်ရခဲ့ပြီး လေးစားအတုယူခဲ့ရတဲ့ အချက်လေးတွေ များစွာ ရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။ နိုင်ငံအသီးသီးမှ ထက်မြတ်တဲ့ လူငယ်တွေရှေ့မှာ ရဲရဲဝံ့ဝံ့နဲ့ ပညာရဲရင့် ပွဲလယ်တင့်ခဲ့တဲ့ Teacher Wendy ကို လေးစားမိခဲ့တာပါ။ သူမရဲ့ ဗဟုသုတကြွယ်ဝမှု၊ အတွေ့အကြုံပြည့်ဝမှုတွေကို အမြဲအံ့ဩရပြီး မှတ်သား အတုယူခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်မအတွက်တော့ အတုယူစရာ စံပြပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တစ်ဦးဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
UFL ကနေ ဘွဲ့ရခဲ့ပြီးနောက် လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ဝင်ဖို့ တိုင်ပင်တဲ့အခါ ကျွန်မရဲ့ ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမတွေက တက္ကသိုလ်ဆရာမအလုပ်ကို ရွေးချယ်သင့်ကြောင်း ဆိုကြပါတယ်။ ကျွန်မ တက္ကသိုလ်မတက်ခင်တုန်းက ဆယ်တန်းကလေး (၃၀) ခန့်ကို အင်္ဂလိပ်စာနှင့် Biology ဘာသာရပ်များကို သင်ပေးရာမှာ ကျောင်းသား (၃) ဦးကို အင်္ဂလိပ်ဂုဏ်ထူးပါအောင် သင်ကြားပေးနိုင်ခဲ့တဲ့အတွက် သင်ကြားရေးပိုင်းမှာ ထူးချွန်တယ်လို့ ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမတွေကို သုံးသပ်ခဲ့ကြတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ UFL မှာလည်း အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာစကားကို အထူးပြုသင်ယူခဲ့တာဖြစ်တာကြောင့် မိမိသင်ယူခဲ့တဲ့ ပညာတွေကို မျှဝေတဲ့အလုပ်နှင့် သင့်တော် ကြောင်း ဆိုကြပါတယ်။ မိဘနှစ်ပါးကတော့ ဆရာမ လုပ်ဖို့ အတင်းတိုက်တွန်းတာမျိုးမရှိခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ကျွန်မ စိတ်ချမ်းသာမယ့် ဘယ်အလုပ်မျိုးကို ရွေးချယ်သည်ဖြစ်စေ အားပေးကြမယ့် သူတွေ ပါပဲ။ စာသင်တာကို ထူးထူးခြားခြားဝါသနာပါပြီး တစ်ချို့စာတွေက ကိုယ့်အတွက် ရှင်းလင်းလွယ်ကူနေသလို တခြားသူတွေကိုလည်း နားလည်စေချင်ပေမယ့် တစ်သက်လုံး တက္ကသိုလ်ဆရာမအနေနဲ့ပဲ နေသွားဖို့ကျတော့ တွန့်ဆုတ်နေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ နေရာအသစ်တွေအများကြီးကို ခြေဆန့်ချင်တဲ့ ကျွန်မအတွက် ဆရာမ အလုပ်ဟာ သိပ်ပြီး ဆွဲဆောင်မှု မရှိလှဘူးဖြစ်နေခဲ့ပါတယ်။
အဲ့လိုနဲ့ ဆုံးဖြတ်ရခက်နေချိန်မှာ ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်၊ အင်းလေးမှ ပြင်သစ်ဟိုတယ်တစ်ခုရဲ့ ပိုင်ရှင်က ကျွန်မရဲ့ ကျောင်းတက်နေစဉ်က တက္ကသိုလ်မှ အောင်မြင်မှုအချို့ကို ကြားမိပြီး သူတို့ဟိုတယ်မှာ အလုပ်ဝင်ဖို့ ကမ်းလှမ်းခဲ့ပါတယ်။ နိုင်ငံခြားသားဧည့်သည်တွေနဲ့ ပြောဆိုဆက်သွယ်ရတဲ့ အပိုင်းမှာ အဓိက လုပ်ဆောင်ရမှာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် ဘာသာစကားကိုလည်း အသုံးပြုခွင့်ရမယ်၊ အတွေ့အကြုံအသစ်တွေလည်း ရနိုင်တာဖြစ်လို့ ထိုဟိုတယ်ရဲ့ Front Office မှာ အလုပ်ဝင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်မ အသက် (၁၉) နှစ်မှာ ပထမဦးဆုံး အလုပ်စတင်လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဘယ်နေရာရောက်နေနေ စာသင်တာ ဝါသနာပါတဲ့အတွက်၊ လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်တွေရဲ့ ဘာသာစကား အခက်အခဲကို ကူညီပေးဖို့အတွက် နေ့စဉ်သုံး ဟိုတယ်အင်္ဂလိပ်စာကို အခမဲ့ သင်ပေးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီနောက် ရန်ကုန်ကို ပြောင်းလာခဲ့ပြီး ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းမှာ ကမ္ဘာလှည့်ခရီးသည်တွေအတွက် ခရီးစဉ်များစွာကို ရေးဆွဲပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အချိန်ပြည့်အလုပ်ရှိနေပေမယ့် မနက်ခင်းပိုင်း၊ ညနေပိုင်းနဲ့ ရုံးပိတ်ရက်တွေမှာ အချိန်ပြည့်နီးပါး အင်္ဂလိပ်စာသင်တန်းတွေ သင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
အတိုချုံးရရင် ၂၀၁၃ နှစ်မှာ Teacher Wendy နဲ့ တွေ့ဖို့ အကြောင်းဖန်လာပါတယ်။ ၂၀၁၃ မှာ ဂျပန်ကလာလည်တဲ့ SSEAYP က သူငယ်ချင်းတွေကို သွားရောက်တွေ့ဆုံရင်း ပြန်တွေ့ကြတာပါ။ အင်္ဂလိပ်စာသင်နေတဲ့အကြောင်း စကားစပ်မိပြီး BSI မှာ အချိန်ပိုင်း စ လုပ်ဖို့ Teacher Wendy က ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်တုန်းက စာသင်ကြားတာနဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး အဖိုးမဖြတ်နိုင်တဲ့ အတွေ့အကြုံတွေက ကိုယ့်ကိုဆီးကြိုနေခဲ့မှန်း သိပ်မသိခဲ့ပါဘူး။
BSI မှာ ဆရာမလုပ်နေစဉ် ကာလအတွင်း ရခဲ့တဲ့ အတွေ့အကြုံတွေကတော့ တန်ဖိုးရှိလှပါတယ်။ Teacher Wendy လို ဘဝကြီးကို အသေးစိတ်အထိ မိမိဖြစ်စေချင်သလို ပုံဖော်ရေးဆွဲပြီး နေထိုင်တတ်တဲ့ သူမျိုး မဆုံခဲ့ဖူးပါဘူး။ စာဖတ်တာကို အစကတည်းက ဝါသနာပါခဲ့ပေမယ့် စာပိုဖတ်ဖြစ်အောင် Teacher Wendy က တိုက်တွန်းလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။ မှတ်မှတ်ရရ Do You Have The T.I.M.E for SUCCESS? ဆိုတဲ့စာအုပ်လေးကို သူမရဲ့ ဘဝထဲထိ ရောက်အောင် ထိထိရောက်ရောက် အသုံးချပုံကို လက်တွေ့သင်ပြပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ စာဖတ်သူများစွာ ရှိပေမယ့် တကယ်အသုံးချတဲ့သူကတော့ လက်တစ်ဆုပ်စာတောင် ရှိဖို့မလွယ်ပါဘူး။ ဖြစ်နိုင်တဲ့ရည်မှန်းချက်တွေချ၊ ပြီးရင် မအောင်မြင်မချင်းလုပ်ဆောင်ဖို့ အားတွေရခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီစာအုပ်လေးပေးပြီး ဘဝအတွက် အစီအစဉ်ရေးဆွဲတာကို လက်တွေ့သင်ပေးခဲ့တာကို အခုထိ အမှတ်ရနေတုန်းပါပဲ။
ဆရာမကောင်းတစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်ဖို့အတွက် ကိုယ်တိုင်လည်း ပညာပြည့်ဝဖို့လိုတာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် Teacher Wendy သင်ကြားတဲ့ IELTS, TKT စတဲ့ သင်တန်းတွေကို တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ စာသင်တာနဲ့ပတ်သက်လို့ Teacher Wendy က ပြောပြဖူးပါတယ်။ “Less is more.” တဲ့။ ကျွန်မ ဆရာမဖြစ်ခါစက စာသင်တဲ့အခါ တအားလောဘကြီးပြီး ကိုယ်နှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ လုပ်လာတဲ့စာတွေကို ကလေးတွေကို တစ်ထိုင်တည်း သင်ပေးဖို့ ကြိုးစားနေတတ်တာပါ။ အိတ်သွန်ဖာမှောက် အကုန်သင်ပေးရင် အကျိုးများမယ်လို့ထင်နေခဲ့ပေမယ့် ကလေးတွေရဲ့ level နဲ့ကိုက်ညီမယ့်စာမျိုး၊ နားလည်နိုင်မယ့်၊ လိုက်လုပ်နိုင်မယ့် ပမာဏမျိုး သင်ပေးမှသာ ထိရောက်မှုရှိမှာြဖစ်ကြောင်း သိလာရပါတယ်။ ကလေးတစ်ဦးချင်းစီရဲ့ သူများပြောတာကို နားထောင်၊ ဖတ်ရှုပြီး သင်ယူထားတာတွေကို ပြန်သုံးတတ်ဖို့ အချိန်ယူရတာမတူကြောင်း၊ သူ့နှုန်းလေးနဲ့သူ တိုးတက်တာကို စိတ်ရှည်ဖို့လိုကြောင်း၊ သင်ယူရာမှာ အဆက်ပြတ်သွားရင် စာပြန်လုပ်တဲ့အခါ အခက်ကြုံရကြောင်း စသဖြင့် တန်ဖိုးရှိတဲ့သင်ခန်းစာတွေကို သင်ယူခဲ့ရပါတယ်။
စာသင်ကြားခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းအပြင် ကျွန်မ ဘဝရဲ့မှတ်တိုင်တစ်ခုကတော့ ဘာသာပြန်အဖြစ် လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့ တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အစိုးမဟုတ်သော နိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုအတွက် ပင်တိုင်ဘာသာပြန်ရာထူး အတွက် ကုမ္ပဏီများ၊ အလွတ်တမ်းဘာသာပြန်များ ဝင်ရောက်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ရာမှာ (၅) နှစ်ဆက်တိုက် Winner အဖြစ် ပြန်လည်ရွေးချယ်ခံ ခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ ပြည်တွင်း အဖွဲ့အစည်းအချို့အတွက် ဝန်ထမ်းများ ဘာသာစကား တိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် သင်တန်းများမှာလည်း ဦးဆောင်သင်ကြားပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဘာသာပြန်သူအနေနဲ့ ယုံကြည်မှုရှိရှိ ရပ်တည်နိုင်စေဖို့ အစပြုခဲ့တာဟာလည်း အရင်အချိန်တွေတုန်းက Teacher Wendy ရဲ့ Research Project တွေမှာ ဘာသာပြန်ရတာတွေနဲ့ အင်တာဗျူးများကို Transcribe လုပ်ရာတို့မှာ အနီးကပ်လေ့လာခွင့်၊ ကူညီခွင့်ရခဲ့လို့လည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဂုဏ်ယူစရာကိစ္စနောက်တစ်ခုကတော့ Teacher Wendy နဲ့အတူ ကျောင်းသားများအတွက် အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေမယ့် အင်္ဂလိပ်စာ အီဒီယံစာအုပ်လေးကို ထုတ်ဝေဖို့ ပြင်ဆင်ခဲ့ကြတာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
BSI ကိုသာ မလာြဖစ်ခဲ့ရင် အောင်မြင်မှုအသင့်အတင့်လောက်နဲ့ပဲ တင်းတိမ်ရောင့်ရဲနေခဲ့မယ် ထင်ပါတယ်။ Teacher Wendy ဟာ တခြားသူတွေရဲ့ တိမ်မြုပ်နေတဲ့အရည်အချင်းတွေကို မြင်တတ်လေ့ရှိပြီး အဲ့ဒီ အရည်အချင်းတွေကို ဖော်ထုတ်အသုံးချဖို့ အခွင့်အရေးပေးတတ်သူဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မှတ်မှတ်ရရ တစ်ခါတုန်းက ရန်ကုန်ပညာရေးတက္ကသိုလ်မှာ အင်္ဂလိပ်စာသင်ကြားရေး နည်းပညာ ဒီပလိုမာယူဖို့ တိုက်တွန်းခဲ့ဖူးပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်တုန်းက ကျွန်မ မှာ မနက် (၉)၊ ညနေ (၅) နာရီ အလုပ်တစ်ခုအပြင် အတန်းမျိုးစုံကို အားလပ်ချိန်တိုင်းမှာ သင်ကြားနေတာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် ကျောင်းဆက်တက်ဖို့ဆိုတာ စိတ်ကူးကြည့်ဖို့ မဖြစ်နိုင်သလို ဖြစ်နေပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် Teacher Wendy ဆိုရင် ဘယ်သူ့အကူအညီမှ မပါဘဲ ကျောင်းတစ်ခုကို တည်ထောင်ထားတဲ့အပြင် နှစ်ခုတစ်ပြိုင်တည်းယူခဲ့ဖူးတဲ့ ဘွဲ့တွေပါရှိကြောင်းပြောပြလာတဲ့အခါ မဖြစ်နိုင်ဘူးဆိုတဲ့အတွေးတွေ လွင့်ပျောက်သွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ချရမယ့်အချိန်မှာ ကျွန်မအတွက် အလိုအပ်ဆုံးသော အကြံဉာဏ်တွေကို နားထောင်ခွင့်ရလိုက်ပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လ၊ အချိန်ပြည့်အလုပ်မှာ ခရီးသွားလာရတာတွေ များလာတဲ့အတွက် BSI ကနေ အလုပ်ရပ်နားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ Tour Leader အဖြစ် ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံများကို သွားရောက်ရာမှာ အလွှာအသီးသီးမှ လူများနှင့် တွေ့ဆုံပြီး၊ ယဉ်ကျေးမှုမျိုးစုံကိုလည်း ထိတွေ့လေ့လာခွင့်ရခဲ့ပါတယ်။ နိုင်ငံမျိုးစုံမှ မိတ်ဆွေကောင်းများစွာနဲ့လည်း သိကျွမ်းခဲ့ရပါတယ်။
BSI နဲ့ရော စာသင်တာနဲ့ပါ ရေစက်ပါတယ်ဆိုရမယ်ထင်တယ်။ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်၊ BSI မှာ online classes တွေနဲ့ in-person classes တွေအတွက် senior teacher တွေ ရွေးချယ်နေစဉ် Teacher Wendy စိတ်တိုင်းကျခဲ့တဲ့သူထဲမှာ ကျွန်မကို သတိရပြီး စာပြန်သင်ချင်လားလို့ ကမ်းလှမ်းခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီအခွင့်အရေးကို ဝမ်းမြောက်ဝမ်းသာ လက်ခံခဲ့ပြီး အခုဆိုရင် BSI ရဲ့ ကလေးအတန်းတွေသာမက၊ လူကြီးအတန်းတွေမှာပါ ဝင်ရောက်သင်ကြားနေပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ စာသင်ယူသူများရဲ့ တိုးတက်မှုကိုသာ ရှေးရှုပြီး နေ့စဉ် ပညာတွေ ဖြန့်ဝေနေရတာဟာ အဓိပ္ပါယ်ရှိတဲ့၊ တန်ဖိုးရှိတဲ့အလုပ် ဖြစ်တယ်ဆိုတဲ့အပေါ်မှာ ယုံမှား သံသယမရှိတဲ့အတွက် စာသင်နေရတဲ့နေ့ရက်တိုင်းဟာ ကျွန်မအတွက် လန်းဆန်းတက်ကြွတဲ့ ပျော်စရာနေ့ရက်တွေပါပဲ။
နိဂုံးချုပ်အနေနဲ့ ပြောချင်တာကတော့ BSI ကို ရောက်လာတဲ့ ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမဖြစ်စေ၊ စာသင်ယူသူများဖြစ်စေ အလုပ်ကို စိတ်နှလုံးအပြည့်အဝပုံပေးပြီး လုပ်ကိုင်တတ်တဲ့သူဖြစ်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်။ သိသာတဲ့ တိုးတက်မှုကို လိုလားပြီး နာရီများစွာ အပတ်တကုတ်ကြိုးစားလိုစိတ်မပြင်းပြနေရင် ဒီနေရာမှာ ရှင်သန်နိုင်ဖို့မလွယ်တာ အမှန်ပါ။ တခြားသူတွေ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် တိုးတက်အောင် လုပ်ဆောင်နေကြတာဖြစ်လို့ မိမိအနေနဲ့ တွေဝေနေခဲ့ရင် သူများနောက်မှာ အများကြီး နောက်ကျ ကျန်ရစ်ခဲ့မှာပါ။ သာမန်ရေးတတ်၊ ပြောတတ်ရုံနဲ့ တင်းတိမ်ပြီး အလုပ်ကြောက်နေသူများအတွက် သင့်တော်မယ့်နေရာတစ်ခုတော့ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ စာသင်တာကို ဝါသနာပါပြီး မိမိမှာရှိတဲ့ တိမ်မြုပ်နေတဲ့အရည်အချင်းများကို ထုတ်ဖော်အသုံးချခွင့်ရချင်တယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ BSI team ကို ပါဝင်ဖို့ ဖိတ်ခေါ်ပါရစေ။ စာသင်ယူသူများစွာရဲ့ ဘဝတွေကို ထုဆစ်ပုံဖော်ဖို့ အစဉ်အမြဲ ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးနေတဲ့ BSI team ကနေ လှိုက်လှဲစွာကြိုဆိုလိုက်ရပါတယ်ရှင်။
