FCE (First Certificate in English) စာေမးပဲြဆုိတာ အဂၤလိပ္စာ ကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈ အရည္အခ်င္းစစ္ စာေမးပဲြတစ္ခု ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ သည္စာေမးပဲြရဲ႔ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ကေတာ႔ စာေျဖသူဟာ အဂၤလိပ္စကားေျပာတုိင္းျပည္မွာ ေနထုိင္အလုပ္လုပ္ႏုိင္စြမ္း၊ ပညာသင္ၾကားႏုိင္စြမ္းရွိတယ္ဆုိတဲ႔ အေၾကာင္း အသိအမွတ္ျပဳ စစ္ေဆးေပးျခင္းပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
စာေမးပဲြမွာ အပိုင္းေလးပုိင္း ပါရိွိပါတယ္။ အဲဒါေတြကေတာ႔
(၁) Reading & Use of English – (၇၅) မိနစ္
(၂) Writing – 2 Essays – (၈၀) မိနစ္
(၃) Listening – (၄၀) မိနစ္
(၄) Speaking – အင္တာဗ်ဴး (တစ္ျခားစာေျဖသူတစ္ေယာက္နဲ႔ တဲြဖက္ေျဖဆုိရ) – (၁၄) မိနစ္
တုိ႔ပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ေပးတဲ႔အမွတ္ေတြကေတာ႔ A, B, C (Pass), D, E, or U (Fail) တုိ႔ပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ FCE မွာ A ရတယ္ဆုိရင္ တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခ်ိဳ႔ကုိ ဝင္ခြင္႔ရရွိႏုိင္ေစမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

First Certificate in English (FCE) qualification proves you have the language skills to live and work independently in an English-speaking country or study on courses taught in English.
Cambridge English: First is one of the most widely taken of all the exams provided by Cambridge English Language Assessment and is accepted in commerce, industry, universities and higher education institutions as proof of everyday written and spoken English for work and study purposes.
The test has four sections:
- Reading & Use of English -75 minutes
- Writing – 2 essays, 80 minutes
- Listening – 40 minutes
- Speaking – interview, normally with another candidate, 14 minutes

A, B, C (pass), D, E or U (fail)
FCE A grade pass is accepted for entry to some universities.
